screen is in blank

HI admin,

Plz fix my problem..... mob screen is in blank, i cant able to restart or on.......whn i use to on the mob is show blank screen .....wheather it is in on or off.... when i receiv call the mob ringing but display is in black...kindly resolve my issues.

bro..just open the back cover and hit the reset button...it works properly for me

you can reboot your phone, i had samenproblem few minutes back.

to reboot your phone, hold ypur lower volume key and switch off key for 8-1o seconds,

this might help .

I was having this device before and i found that the problem is the proxy sensor which get effected by the outer screen glass which comes out in some of the xperia c devices due to which i got it replace by the new one and then its was gud

MY PHONE WAS WORKING FINE BUT I GOT THIS BLANK SCREEN PROBLEM AFTER UPDATING SOFTWARE SUGGESTED BY SONY . AFTER TALKING ON CALL I FIND OUT THAT SCREEN IS BLANK AND NONE OF THE KEY HELPING TO TAKE OUT FROM THAT BLACK HOLE.
