Third class product with poorest customer care n servise support

I had purchased a Sony C4 dual before one and half year worth 25 k around after the purchase got to know the phone's microphone problem l,I have visited the service cemters which was in another city due to non availability in my city the kept my phone two or thrice for one month but the problem could not resolved after I have reported the same problem to same service center and customer care as well but could not got re solution now y pgone became out of warranty n team is demanding the service cost too for that problem which they were not able to resolve and the problem came to me with my phone purchase.

I have called to team alots but not providong me the solution now I have loose my confidence with Sony products and their service team..

Now I am finaly reached on the point that we need not to puchase the Sony product..cause of their thord class ane adamt service support team.
