Touchscreen broken accidently of my xperia c3 can i replace the touchscreen alone or need to replce touchscreen +display

you need to replace both as they are glued together. Contact your Local support unless you want to void the warranty.

I'm sorry to hear that your screen is broken. As @uliwooly suggested, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
