weak signal at my SIM 1 slot

I have purchased Sony Xperia c a month ago but I observed that SIM 1slot always shows weak signal. I mean signal up down. I waiting for reply that how do I solve the problem.

Developer option is not visible after flashing and installing new software in c2305.and showing some apps in Other languages (Taiwan)
