I have a 2 weeks old Sony Vaio VGN-FZ11M with Vista. Everytime I have a communication trough Skype or MSN the laptop just freezes, sometimes after 1 minute and sometimes only after 20 min. - Ctrl + Alt + Del not working, only way is to power off and restart again. Does anyone know this problem or have an idea or possible solution ?
