DSC-WX220 - Sony camera lens stuck and won't turn on

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX220 :

System suddenly gets off with the open lens, After this, it's not switching on without any signals like (display off, no led signals, no lens movements). Even when put it for the charge, it's not charging and only one LED is blinking inside the batter placeholder but not on the power button. I felt myself it looks like battery issue and tried with a new battery, but it's same again. plz help or suggest me.

I think updating the software may help with this. You can update software of the camera on Windows using this link: https://bit.ly/2NjWH8w and on Mac using this link: https://bit.ly/2xm210a.

Also, if possible try to reset the camera to factory settings using the instructions in this link: https://bit.ly/2OxSMBk.
