Viewing panorama images from DSC-HX400V camera

Can anyone advise me how to view panorama images from my DSC-HX400V bridge camera on other devices or in other applications? I can only see them on the camera itself. If I download it to another device, it just show as a very narrow image. I would like to be able to see them properly on my phone or tablet, scanning across as it does on the camera. I would also like to share on Facebook.

Perhaps there is another app or something I need?
