ZF9 - HDCP 2.2

Hi,

Bit of an odd one am hoping someone can help me with....

I have Sky Q going via a hdmi switch to a ZF9 and if I set the switch to HDCP 2.2 I get sound but no visual.

If I force HDCP 1.4 in the switch it works for a time but then I get flickering images mostly on 4K content.

If I connect the HDMI cable from the Sky box with the same settings to the TV directly it works fine.

I have enhanced connection turned on for both my ZF9 and XF9005.

Any help appreciated!

Hello @quentinrayner18,

I am quite certain, it is an issue of your switch and neither of your SkyQ-box, nor of the TV.

I would contact the manufacturer/seller of the switch and ask them for help.
