My wife uses a hearing loop to boost her hearing aid signal whilst watching tv. On my last tv I used the red and white audio out sockets to get a signal but cannot find these on the KDL42W815. The only out I can find - the headphone socket - shuts off the sound for me! How do I get an audio out signal?

Hi there
To output audio via the TV speakers as well as having audio outputted via the headphone socket, you need to turn OFF the 'Headphone Speaker Link' via the Sound Settings. See instructions below:
