AR61ZU not seeing SD Card

i have 2 AR61ZU neither is seeing SD Card, when i go to the drive in 'my computer' it says no card in drive,

can any one help?

All you can do is to reinstall the Memory Card Read/Write driver for the card slot - available here: -

Asa backup, does it work OK using an inexpensive USB Cardreader like this: -

i have reinstalled the driver, even on one machine restored to factory settings, still no joy.

actually i want to use the sd card as a memory booster and it wont work via usb
