Battery problems

Has anyone else had a problem with the battery on notebook model. PCG-K215M ?
I have had a problem that appeared a couple of months after purchae where the pc sends an error of 'battery not present'.
To get it repaired in Cyprus where I live appears not to be possible.

You can't "repair" a battery, you can only replace, but if you do remember to recycle the old one
