Boot from USB stick with Vaio S1

Hi there,

does anybody know if it's possible to boot from an USB memory stick (or the SONY memory stick) to DOS or UNIX?

I can't find any options in the Phoenix BIOS for any USB device,
not even USB-Zip, USB-Floppy or USB-HDD.

Are there any other options I could use to make it work?
Or is there an update for the BIOS which could help?

I'd appreciate any kind of help.

I do not believe it is possible. The only USB device it will boot from is a genuine Sony USB Floppy Drive. A non Sony will nort work.

Check out the accessory finder to ensure you get the right model.
