Can't get into Vaio case

I have a Vaio VGN a195HP which needs the hard disk replacing. However I can not get into the case. I have taken all the screws out of the back but when lifting the keyboard part it seems fast on something. Is the something I have missed or is there a spiecial technique used to open these things.

Thanks for that it works however anyone know how to disconnect the ribbon cables under the keyboard to allow access to the hard disk.
