Cant Delete File In Vaio Zone

I have just bought my first Vaio, an RA304 desktop Media Server. Thought I should try recording using the timer function. Something happened to cause the recoding to freeze and the sysytem reboot. I now cant delete the file, it is marked in Vaio Zone as Not To Be Deleted. I acnjt change the properties to Delete At Any Time. The vido files can be deleted via windows explorer, but the file is still listed in Vaio Zone, and if selected caused Vaio Zone to Crash. Needless to say I restored the files pronto. Does anyone know how I I may be able to remove all traces of thsi file? ThanksE-mail
