compatibility vaio VGN S5XP/B and vodafone mobile connect card

hi, I have a new vaio VGN S5XP/B and I do have problems with my vodafone mobile connect card (umts/gprs). The notebook pcmcia slot just supports 16 bit and the mobile connect card needs at least 32 bit. who nows a solution for this problem?

Your VAIO has a 32Bit slot.

uninstall the drivers complete, put out the card.
then reinstall the drivers, reboot and put in the card
