Connecting my notebook to TV

I want to connect my Sony Vaio PCG-FR415M on my TV.
My Tv has Scart, and S-Video.
Does anyone know what kind of cable I need to connect the two??

Have you got S-Video on your Laptop?

Your Vaio has a AV out jack, on the right hand side of your laptop next to the USB ports.
