Connecting to TV

Hi!

I have a vaio vgn fs285H.
Unfortunately it doen't have a tv out. Does anybody know how i can connect it to a tv?
is it possible to get a lead from the vga out to a tv?
Or can i get a pccard or a usb adaptor?
