Hi, does anyone of you know if I can use normal (not Sony specific) 1GB-DDR-2 memory instead of the built-in 512 MB-DDR memory ??
I have the VGN-FS295VP notebook and according to Intels website the chipset supports DDR-2 memory. Or is there any other obstacle?? Thank you, Luciano/Sweden
go here, crucial memory, for a good source of information about computer memory.
then try this, scanner, it will perform a small <200kb test of your computer and tell you what memory can be used safely in your laptop!
