expansion bays in Sony Vaio Desktop PCV-RZ424

I am thinking about buying the mentioned model at a greatly reduced price.

Does anyone know if i can add another harddrive??

I think there's one PCI slot free
As for the hard disk I don't think you can unless you bought a SATA card and a SATA hard disk.
