My VAIO PCG-K195HP

When my external monitor is on, I have only the wallpaper on my LCD and the FN FN doesn't work.

An idea ?

I gues you have installed W XP SP2?

I had the same after installing SP2 (with another Viao).
Try to:
- update de BIOS
- update video drive
-update hotkey

No I have XP PRO SP1

Try activating the external monitor directly from control panel - display settings.

Also, do the other hotkeys such as volume/brightness work OK?
