Fan noise in VGN-BX197XP

The fan in my new VGN-BX197XP turns on and off every 4 seconds. Because of this I can't work normally, it's very disturbing. And Sony classifies this notebook as "business class"!?
I see this as a material defect (ger. Sachmangel).
Does anybody have similar problems?

I supose thats normal, i also have a VGN-BX197XP and this laptop can be very noisy... another advice don't let your hard disks get very full, or it will turn up like the old Pentium 133. I'm starting to think that this laptop was a bad option...:smileysad:
