Would you buy a Sony Vaio External Floppy Drive (USB1.1) for about £70.00 or a Micro Vault USM128M USB Drive which is a fraction of the cost, more portable, ten times more storage capacity, high transfer speeds, can be used to lock your pc, can store all your passwords and username automaticly and insert them in their fields automaticly too, autozip feature which will compress files to increase storage space, and Password Lock the the Drive too.
I bought mine for a tenner and 2 quid for a Lanyard.
In Simpler terms:
Is there anything you can do with a Floppy drive that you can't with Micro Vault USM USB Drive ?
Read & write floppy disks
Also, a lot of Vaios will boot from the USB floppy but not from the MicroVault.
Ic, and quite Important too.
Hopefully I will never need one
All really depends if you need the use of floppy disks really.
