help: nvidia display driver without nvidia card?

I have nvidia display driver in add remove program list.
I do not have a nvidia graphic card.
But I am not sure whether it is used somehow, can I delete it?

If you are sure that you don't have a Nvidia card, then you can remove it. But if you don't have a Nvidia card, why is it installed ?
