Press the shift key five times. If it is sticky keys you need to turn off press cancel, otherwise go to settings and clear all the options.

Chears mate. that worked! i dont no how i activated it! but i couldnt press enter or type in caps!

I'm not too keen on MS' accessability settings, thank god I can see enough to use the PC normally
