I HATE SONY BELGIAN TECHNICAL SUPPORT

My Vaio Friends,

They have no words at sony center, nobody can help me !or make a good desicion.

My Vaio A617s have several problems to connect when i start my computer. They already change the energy connection that had problems 5 month's ago !!! Now, nearly everymonth my PC have a problem( 5th times since i bought it). And go back for 2 or 3 weeks in support center (First Holland), second France...

I start my computer,... black screen and a white _ appear at the left top of my screen... nothing can be done. I have to do a recovery everytimes they said... :smirk:

I send it 2 times back to... they saw a problem the first time... theay change a piece... but for the second time, THEY don't see anythings... :sleeping:

I use to have a toshiba and dell, ... with the same programms on it. With my vaio that i use to love it, because i thing he is beautifull ! NOW i am very deasapointed. And this guy from the support service he is doing the smartboy :clown: with us. Telling us that we have to do for the 6th time again !!!! A recovry. With no waranties !!!!!!!!!!!

They don't want to ear me !!! I am wotking in a computer center with 160 dell machine and 30 MAc everything is cool... only my vaio from sony !!!

Please help me and send message to vaio-support to give me a new vaio that work's !!! I need did for my job, my client, my university and my life !!!

WHY OH WHY OH WHY can't people just calm down and think these problems through.

If I had a penny for every time I have written this on this forum I would have ten pence!

LOOK, I don't mean to be rude, but your problem is not with Sony Support, it is with the person/company who sold you the machine in the first place. You do not have to go running off to Sony to get your machine fixed if the company who supplied it gave you a broken machine.

Go back to the place that you bought it from and demand your money back or a replacement PC - it is your legal right and if you cannot enforce that legal attitude or premise then find a lawyer who can (I'll lend you mine if necessary - but she aint cheap). I know you are in Brussels, but the law is the same as everywhere in Europe and it is time we stopped seeing these rants on the forums.

You are the purchaser and you have rights - start to use them!!
