Installing Linux on SZ1XP

Do installing Linux on SZ1XP will void the manufacture warranty?
Also, need to know, if anyone has knowledge of Linux hardware support for Sony SZ series.

No to both of them, though Sony Support won't help you with Linux as it's not part of their training

I had a look over it and would try to create a paralell page for SZ2 using SUSE Linux. I'll keep you posted
