If do you still remember that my Viao FS has broken, those 2 latches were very fragile ..
After 1-2 months of use with latches broken, I decided to send it for repair before I go for holiday in my home country, Thailand. Sony has sent DHL directly to me and picked up the unit in the box, the man from DHL did very good job and very carefully transporting from Italy to France for repair process, left me a bill.
There are always contacts from Sony, very good and can tell me every step what they are doing with my unit..
The bad thing that I will not gey my unit back before I have a flight, as they said it will take time about 10 days, now over 3 weeks .. a woman of the call center told me that some part of my computer is going to be replaced (she meant that only latches broken but the whole monitor part needs to be replaced by the new one)
