memory for vaio VGN-b1vp

the information on this page:

says that the laptop needs:

512 MB Memory upgrade for VGN-A2, VGN-A1, PCG-K, VGN-B and VGN-FS Series.Storage capacity: 512MB
PC2700 DDR SDRAM
DDR333

... to go to 1gb, which is what i'd like.

rather than buy the extortionately priced sony DIMM i would like to buy one from ebay. however, i'm getting confronted with all manner of different specs like:

CL2.5
200 PIN
Buffered / Unbuffered

and i wonder if anyone can help me with the correct specs for the memory so that it will work well with my vaio. this is my main pc so it's important that it remains stable and reliable.

any help appreciated!!

A quick look on the CRUCIAL website reveals the full specs for compatible RAM.

Their prices are also very reasonable and you do get a Guarantee.

I would still go to Crucial despite the overall small difference, you did stipulate stability and peace of mind.
