memorystick drive icon

I did a clean instal with a windows xp home cd. Installed all the vaio drivers etc one by one. Don't need all the bells and whistles. But there's one thing that bugs me. The memorystick drive icon is blank. How can i assign an icon. And where do i find one? It's very strange I always thought windows had a memory stick logo included.

The shell.dll is a very uge library with thousands of files. You can open it with 7z . But I don't see any icon. But they are there.:smileyconfused:

I think it's a Sony DLL which has that Memory Stick icon
