More Praise for Support

Probably not the right place but it deserves more prominence than the Clie forum and I couldn't find the other paise support thread.

My Clie TH55 developed a problem with it's Wireless connection, contacted esupport and the same day they posted back the thing needed a visit to Dr Sony. Booked in the next day, Thursday. Picked up by courier that day and diagnosed the same day. Fixed on the Friday and despatched for delivery on the Monday. Arrived safe, sound and fixed under warranty. Very impressed if a little surprised at the rapidity of the turn round.

Am I no longer a whinger 🙂

Vaio-Support simply sucks!! The picked up my notebook three weeks ago, told me it would take 5-10 days to fix. At first they didn´t even respond on my complains on e-support. So when I called they finally told me they are waiting for parts (remember this little hook on the Vaio FS-Series that always breaks???). So how long could this possibly take?? Even building this little hook by hand doesn´t take three weeks.

So, I will wait until the end of the week and after that, I will set a last time limit before they get sued.
