Can anyone help please. I have a Sony Laptop (PCG-GRT815E) that worked fine with external speakers. Someone made an adjustment while listening without speakers (I do not know what), and now music only comes through laptop speaker and not external usb speaker. USB speaker will issue sounds like windows beeps, but not music. Have tried going into sound etc., see nothing muted nor conflicts. Ideas??
