Problem with installed MiniPCI Intel WirelessPro 2200BG on a PCG-GRT785E

Hello!

I have just installed an Intel Wireless Pro 2200BG MiniPCI card in my
Vaio PCG-GRT785E.
The card was successfully detected.
However I cannot connect to my access point. The system says that the card is turned off by the "hardware switch" and that I should enable it by turning the switch on.
Unfortunately this notebook does not have such a hardware based switch

Any ideas? Is it possible to enable the card via software or with a key-combination (Fn key)???
