Problems with setup...

I'm really in need of some help getting through the initial setup. The screen on my vaio pocket has been broken for a while but I've been quite happy just using the remote. A few days ago however I reset it, not realising i'd have to set it up again, and since the only way to get it setup is by using the g-sense pad and LCD screen I'm now stuck without a player.

If anyone could possibly guide me through which buttons to press to get it setup I would be very greatful. The only thing that needs to be right is the language (english), after that I just need to confirm it so that it'll start working again.

Again any help would be much appreciated... cheers

Thanks for the help but I've already read through both manuals, the problem is that I don't know which button selects which language etc as i can't see the screen, and don't know where the ok button is.
The only settings needed for the initial setup are:
1) Language
2) Sensitivity
3) Clock
and then i need to go to OK

What I need are either screen shots (of each screen), or for someone who actually knows which g-sense buttons to press to tell me exactly which buttons i need to get it setup. Sensitivity and clock aren't important as I can't see the LCD but I need it to be in english, as i suspect this will also affect the remote.
