Can anyone tell me how where to get answers to technical requests form Sony. I have tried ringing several times but I get no reply. I have sent two emails but it is 3 days now and no reply. Is it a known problem that there support is lacking? I only want to know which lead I need to connect my A115Z to my TV.!
Sony's support seems to vary from very good to awful. Sorry to hear you caught the awful side of it. At any rate someone here will tell you the answer, I don't know myself sorry.
Don't bother asking Sony simple questions, they never answer, ask here, hopefully someone knows!
