Hmmm.
Overall NOT impressed. My VAIO has been three weeks so far, and all the VAIO-Link website have to say is this:
"Dear Visitor. Your VAIO has been shipped to the Repair Centre"
Lol useless, same message after three weeks.
*Gulp* I am wondering if they lost it...
Sony Corporation can expect a phone call tomorrow morning, and they better have a bloody good explanation of what is taking so long.
I will use the Charmingly nice, then pushy, testy, terse, annoyed, legal action tactic on the phone each time.
I just wonder if anyone else has had a bad experience. It makes me wonder if I have seen my VAIO for the last time ever.
I know Kee-Loo
I'v been with them since 2001 and there fees and policies have changed drasticly to the worse.
I only use it now for selling stuff in the loft that i can't get rid of in the Bargain pages.
Recently I sold a Product for 35.00 and total deductions were 5.00, which is daylight robbery, these charges were for: Ebay listing fees, tax, final selling price, paypal charge.
As a seller if you are not up to date with all the scams and Ebays Policies you are in for a jolly good ride.
As for Paypal, well basicly they have you by the b***s, and there policies are there entirely for there own protection and benefit.
newbie, this may be a bit late for you but when you have a Faulty Product at time of sale you have the right to request a replacement or full refund within 7 days, you must make this in writing(keep a copy)and send it recorded delivery to the Company, if they fail to reply or meet your request report it to Trading Standards and they will take over, you can also request a reduction in Price for any inconvenience especialy if they take there time like in your case, I am in a similar situation at the moment I am awaiting a Brand New replacement which they offered and is a higher Spec Model which is due to be shipped next week (25th Week They say).
Lets see how it goes
Totally agree, it's a robbery!
Hope you get the laptop back soon
