Hi,
This is my first time posting so hopefully someone can help.
I have a Sony Vaio Pro 13 and the extended battery is not charging up. In the vaio care it has no mark for wether or not it is "Excellent" condition or "Cricitical" condition. On the windows battery charger icon in the system tray it keeps switching from "0% and charging" to "This battery is not available for use" Please some one help. This laptop cost so much extra because I bought this extended battery with it as well.
