spilt beer on my new sony vaio

spilt beer all over my new sony vaio, and now the e,r or s button dont work on my keyborde, ive tryed drying it off with a hair dryer, but no luck, also tryed taking all the keys off and cleaning it, but when putting it back together the right hand shift key broke when i removed, which im abit annoyed, any tips? any places to get a new keybord? thanks, Jon

ouch... maybe we should advise forummer here wrap the keyboard with cling film instead of monitor :smileygrin:

Have another ten mate and let your vaio dry out for a few days before switching back on. Actually get warm water and a smidge of detergent and clean it up now and again later or it will reek. And dude geez be careful or just don't have fluids around the good gear period

I gave a couple of companies a call and its £130 for a new keyboard, guess I will be sticking to a USB keyboard for a while now, thanks anyway
