Suse on Sony Vaio PCG K251B Modem trouble

Hi, I installed Suse 9.0 on my Sony but I have trouble with the modem. Any suggestions?

The only thing you can do is use a generic driver, unless sourceforge has a nice VAIO project.

It is a pity, it is almost as if Sony don't like open source - they trip over themselves to offer Windows updates though...

Would Red Hat or Debian distributions suit you better? Debian for instance has AGP 3D support to take advantage of AGP cards...
