Anything related to SONY ie the web pages or the software is displayed with too small text. I have a 32" TV but I cannot read it from a reasonable distance.I am using a Sony XL100 media centre with a 32" Samsung TV, I should be able to use the Sony Vaio media centre specific software and web pages from a distance.
I agree totally with you, being visually impared some Sony sites are a nightmare, and I have 18/24 sight which isn't the worst imparement

If you computer is constantly connected to your tv

CLOSE MEDIA CENTER BUT DO NOT SHUT THE COMPUTER DOWN.
Increase the size of your DPI (dots per inches)
Right click on the desktop
click "Properties"
Click the "Settings" tab
Right click on the "1" Screen Icon
Click "Properties"
Click on the General Tab (you may be in it already)
Click dpi drop down and increase it to you like-ing. This will require a restart.
NOW FOR INTERNET EXPLORER (If the first step dosent work
Now Try:
TOOLS>Internet Options> Click "Accessabiltiy">Check "Ignore Webpage font sizes.
