TPM in BX-series and P2P progs

I want to buy a bx-series notebook... but i heard of with new technology TPM we cant install some programs (such as p2p applications!!) and others... Is that true?? Please reply, it's very important because i've already booked a new bx195sp.....

If you mean TPM (Trusted Platform Modules) then the answer is that it won't stop you installing or running whatever you want.

The TPM doesn't include any built-in control over user applcations.

Thanks for replying.. but in this site http://www.tonymcfadden.net/tpmvendors.html i read that he Trusted Platform Modules are based on specifications produced by the Trusted Computing Group, then I suppose that some software can't be installed... isnt'it??

Does anyone know if with TPM in Vaio BX serie we can run all programs (p2p, mp3, ecc.)??? I think this is an important thing to know... i've booked my BX195SP but i need to know if I can use all programs! Please help me and sorry for my bad english
