hii ı have a VGN-A517M vaio. and ı want to upgrade cpu. now ıt works 1.86 ghz speed and ı wan to upgrade 2.0ghz cpu ıs ıt possıble ?
Maybe. But I see no reason.
At all, you can say 30% more CPU speed will speed up the system with maybe 10%.
And 7% more CPU speed aren't that different. It's nearly nothing compared to the price of CPU which you want.
Push the RAM to 2GB that's the best what you can do.

The 760 with 2GHz will cost you a bit more than 300€. The 770 additional 100€.
But don't think you will notice a different if your VAIO runs on batteries.
