Upgrading memory

I have a Sony VAIO VGN-FS115S with two RAM memory banks of 256MB each, at 333Mhz.

Can I install two new memory banks of 512MB at 400MHz?

Have a look at crucial.com



Vaio link states you should use DDR333 so does Crucial.com

I followed the steps and it gave me only 333MHz banks... I guess I can use only them 😞
