USB2 firmware/driver update? PCG-GRV516G

Hi, I've got a PCG-GRV516G - lovely laptop it is

The only downside to this laptop is the USB, which I think is USB 1.1 (and so slow) - as (to my untrained eye) everything is there to run at USB2 speeds, is there a driver/bios/firmware update I can use/install/flash to upgrade my USB?

The only thing you can do is buy a PCMCIA card like this one.
