using 1280x1024 pixels on GR series notebook LCD

Hi there
I was wondering if it was possible to use 1280x1024 pixels on the GR series notebook screen?
Ive tried to find asn updated driver for the Mobility Radeon graphics card but cant find one

Anybody got any ideas

Yes I think it is as the screen can go to 1600x1200
