V2S gaming perfomrance test

I've got a V2S and am having troubles with a particular game. In my quest to resolve my problems I went to Microsoft.com and came across a test to evaluate a PC's gaming performance. I would be interested to see how others get on when they run the test. The page is at the following address:-

I'd be intrigued to know what your V2S's video card is listed as, as mine shows up as a 'Generic VGA'...!

I believe that is the same PC as myself. And, infact, I am having particular bother with a certain game also (Not the games I posted about a while ago, that problem has been fixed, with no help by the developers) Battlefield 2 is the said game (The demo) and you know why it does this? The display drivers on our Nvidia FX5700 are well out of date.

But, don't bother about downloading new drivers from Nvidia, because they don't work with the VAIO in this case. We would need SONY made display drivers, and because apparently they are lazy gits, we will see updates when hell freezes over.

This is the only thing I hate about my PC. I was going to send a letter of complaint that my family had spent £1,500 on a computer that is going to be useless to me in the coming months because Sony couldn't be bothered updating the drivers. I really can't believe it must be that hard to release display driver updates.

Have you actually managed to get in touch with the support...
Im still trying to register to their e/support, but our model VGC-V2S is not an existing model according to them, so I cant file any complaints..
