Hi dudes!! I'm the owner of a vaio sz3 series....i had a few problems of high temperature in the cpu. Assistance has just sent a UPS guy to pick the pc...now i want to call them to ask a couple aof question but i need the serial number of my machine to pass the phone filter...how could i retrieve this number without the pc in front of me...?

Failing that, doyou have the original box - it will be on a sticker on the box underneath two bar-codes.
