Vaio VGN B1XP

Hi, hopefully someone can help me please.

I have a Vaio VGN B1XP, I have tried to get on the internet through Internet Explorer - connecting to the wireless network is not a problem, however it wont allow me to get online.
I have disabled all the firewalls aswell as numerous other stuff.

Any ideas, thanks for your time.

Are you able to connect and get online through internet explorer when using an ethernet connection:smileyconfused:

I have now succeeded to get online through my wireless connection, however I can only do this if my main desktop pc is not connected to my broadband connection. I now believe it to be a problem with my network settings and not the Vaio as I first suspected. Trying to figure it out now.

Yipee, managed to figure it out, my speedport w501v needed to be recofigured after a thunder storm. Thanks for all comments. My daughter is now happy she can surf at the same time.
