vgn-s3 series getting very hot at bottom

anyone out there with a vgn-s3 series that gets really hot at the bottom right, i know it should get warm but this gets very hot, the fan is working, anyone there have similar thing?

Is this everytime?

there are 2 things which become hot :

the CPU (logically) and the RAM. The HDD is the most time, not warmer as your hand. (approx 35-37 degrees in normal) CPU approx 45-60 degrees and the RAM can be much warmer.

Does this happen during normal use or during games?

it happens with any use the shop told me it willl heat up because the size of the machine its very small, it all works fine it just gets hot, someone else was on here yesterday saying about it

It's normal, but I would suggest keeping it in a clean enviorment and keeping the fans clean.

yeah try get a desk fan and blow at it :smileygrin: i used to do that back in malaysia (very hot country)
