VISTA PROBLEM

HI GUYS

I JUST INSTALLED VISTA HOIME PREMIUM

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

I KEEP GETTING THIS MESSAGE

COM surrogate has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avaliable.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS KEEPS POPPING UP AND WHAT THE SOLUTION WOULD BE TO GET RID OF IT

ANY INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL

Do you have Nero installed?

This is most commonly caused by nero when making thumbnails of videos.

To fix the problem download the latest Nero update.

Vista has its own error message program that periodically checks to see if there is anything that can solve the errors available. Can't remember of the top of my head how to run it when you want but i will get back to you when i have found it.

Control Panel -> System and Maintance -> Problem Reports and Solutions
