I have a brand new VGC-V3S, but I find when I leave it and it goes to 'sleep' it can be totally unresponsive when it awakes. It won't log off user - close applications - Ctrl Alt Delete doesn't work and neither does the Shut Down or power switch. The only way to switch it off is to unplug it at the mains.
In the modern world of micro electronics, sensors, wireless networks and internet, unplugging it and plugging it back in to get it to work seems a bit brutal and dangerous for the data.
Does anyone have any suggestions?:smileyconfused:
I don't have a solution but I suggest holding down the power button for 5 seconds is MUCH wiser than unplugging it from the wall, you could electrocute yourself.
